12 August 2018 – Mayfair Modern, a 387-unit condominium in the Bukit Timah District (D21), will be launched in 2018. Mayfair Modern will be the latest new condo launch by Oxley Holdings after it has won its bid of collective sale of S$311 million of the former Mayfair Gardens in November 2017.
Mayfair Modern is situated in Rifle Range Road (Address: 2 Rifle Range Road, S588373), being bounded by Dunearn Road and Bukit Timah Road. Given its convenient location at the matured premium estate, Bukit Timah, there is no lack of amenities, renowned schools, malls, robust infrastructure and great connectivity in Singapore.

The former Mayfair Garden was a private housing apartment, consisting of 124 units in 6 blocks.
